IGNITERS CAR CLUB
MINUTES
December 2, 2009
The meeting was called to order at 8:02 p.m.
Roll Call of Officers: All officers were present .
Visitors: Bruce Sickler, Dave Gaustad and Ron Bowden
Minutes of November 4th 2009 meeting were read and approved with corrections.
Correspondence: E-mail from Marvin Gelbart re: Igniters hot rod club in Culver City, CA; e-
mail from Dale Robertson re: fee refund.
Shop Committee:
• Painting is ongoing and mostly done out front. Furnace is really doing well. Used
+/- 100 gallons of fuel for November.
• Pat suggested putting Club name and logo on overhead door.
• No water in bathroom, but shop sink works.
• 4 hydraulic jacks are not working.
Cruise report:
• 28 attended the potluck.
• Bad phone pictures.
Unfinished/Old business:
• Club feels we should spend our $ locally for the Christmas Families.
• Heidi contacted Sven re: engine fire at registration. The "do-hickey" on the fuel
line had to be fixed and has been taken care of. He wanted to reimburse the cost
of the fire extinguisher.
• Contact Dan Ackerman for dinner request, either prime rib or chicken, e-mail Heidi
with info.
• Dee is handling the Libby Christmas Family. Marge will contact Diane re: Troy family.
New business:
• Marge suggested that we put up signs on each end of town, relative to the Club. Art
will check out what the State requirements would be to do that.
• Festival of Trees is the 11-12. Letter came and Dee has it. Going to get committee
together to do the tree.
• Have all contacts been made to get us on the calendar of Events? INCCC. We will try
to get a nice ad in Cruzin, at least for the 50th.
• Motion was made, 2nd to include Dale Robertson as a member. Motion carried.

Motion was made to close nominations and proceed with election.

Congratulations to the new officers.
There were no announcements.
