Cruise report:
• 240 registered cars for the show. Next year at the burnout, we need someone to let the gate know when to stop
charging entrance fee for spectators. Also, we need someone to park cars at the gate area.
• Picnic was great.
• Members were advised not to go to the Ponderay car show, pretty disorganized this year..
• Invitation to join Nordicfest parade.
• Cruise in Newport on Sun and Mon.
• Are we going to do a mini car show at NAPA? Plan on Saturday, Sept. 19, at noon. Pat will let Rich know.
Unfinished/Old business:
• Poker run should have a stop at Clubhouse just so they can see what we have. Maybe for our 50th.
• Marge said the Downey boy was due the final payout on the scholarship.
• Dave McGarrity, by vote of the club, will be banned from future car shows.
• Had somewhat of a problem with Brian Miller at the Friday burnout. He later apologized.

"Associate Members" who live outside 30 mile radius.
• Gary will get with Dave on drain flush.
• 48 degrees N was looking for payment.
New business:
• Del says the two money boxes made it easier at the registration table, but it would be nice to have two new ones
that open and close properly with money divisions. Motion was made, and seconded to get two new money boxes.
• Would be nice for shop committee to have a key to locked storeroom. Approved.
• Del also said it would be nice to have some more of the plastic containers for storage and a couple more e-z ups.
Motion was made and seconded to have Del shop for these items and get a $ value for the next meeting.
• Marge needs pictures for the website of the 2009 show. She also suggested that when a new member is sworn in
they get a packet of info on the club (bylaws, shop rules, etc.)
• The class of 1985 is planning a reunion at the time of our show next year and wanted to know if there was anything
they could collaborate on with us.
• 2010 show dates are August 20/21.
• Pat said some friends saw people switching blue dots from car to car at the Friday cruise. Need to devise a way to
prevent this. Motion was made to continue at a later date.

carried. Darald Kelly will get old garage door.
