IGNITERS CAR CLUB
MINUTES
The meeting was called to order at 8:00 p.m.
Roll Call of Officers: All officers were present with the exception of the President.
No visitors
Minutes of September 2nd, 2009 meeting were read and approved, with corrections.
Correspondence: None
Shop Committee:
• Overhead door is in and operable. Insulation is here. Gary will coordinate installation. Back door will be picked up.
Isaac filled all the holes in the parking area.
• Pat will call Moore Oil to keep us on a "keep full order" through the winter. Will have a session on installing filters in
the furnace;
• Need someone to plow parking lot.
• Gary will be working on electrical prior to insulation installation.
• Brocks' car was painted and is VERY bright red.
Cruise report:
• 7 cars were in the Nordicfest parade; Mini car show at Napa had 20 cars, and 6 later cruised to Troy.
• There will be hwy cleanup in new area of Hwy. 2 from Cedar Creek to Strawberry Patch. Meet at Cedar Creek at
5:30 on Wed. Oct. 14th.
• Four went to Eureka Rocky Gorge picnic.
• Only 6 went to Creston. Jensen's got a trophy at Creston and Bonner's got Club participation award.
• Pankeys' and Pat went to Big Fork show. It had 50 awards and had 250/260 cars.
• 48° still does not have People's Choice award done.
• Possibly a potluck before the next meeting????
Unfinished/Old business:
Old raffle tickets to be saved for next year. Website available; Northwest Car club and events calendar.
New business:
• Jeff Courtney suggested contacting Cruzin Mag to cover our car show. Moose Ridge will put them up for free.
Probably should advertise in the magazine.
• Maybe make contact with Dennis Gage and/or Barry McGuire for our 50th. Maybe the club should send a letter.
• What is with this Minnesota club, Ignitors? (spelled differently)
• Saturday January 9th will be the club Christmas Party. Nominations for officers are due.
• Those who have not paid 2009 dues check with Pat if you can't remember if you paid or not. He has a list.
• Gay Myhring (sp) needs club shirts from the 90's for her quilting project.
• Pat to check Insurance policy re: coverage for the year or just the event??
• Past issues of Hemmings are available.

Motion was made to close nominations for this meeting and to adjourn. 2nd - Motion carried.
